We can't wait to show our functionality, so let's start with the simplest one - creating a task. Believe me, organizing your time has never been easier.
Let's imagine a situation where you are going on vacation, but you can't leave your pet unattended. Moreover, your dog has an important vaccination session coming up. Oops, everything seems lost. But we don’t give up so easily! Let's solve this dilemma right now.
Go to the Planner tab and click to create a new task. In order to make a clear plan of your actions, enter all the important information.
Choose the correct title.
Try to give a name that would immediately attract your friend's attention and set an expectation of what’s to come.
Set a deadline.
Try to set a time frame; it helps you collaborate better when sharing a goal, and to stay on track.
Add a description.
Try to be concise, but at the same time, it’s a good idea to explain the task.
Assign a member.
It's good that you have friends you can trust with your pet. As soon as they open the planner, they will see the task. Your dog is safe!
Add the physical address.
In just one click add the address of the vet clinic where the visit is planned. Now your friend won’t have any problem finding the destination.
Add files.
You can add a photo of your dog or, for example, any important documents.
Fill the checklists.
Here you can specify important actions that should be done before vaccination. This information will allow you to prepare for the procedure in more detail.
Leave important notes.
Add any thoughts or ideas you think might be necessary. In our case, it’s a mandatory action before vaccination, which will ensure comfort and safety of your pet.
Get social and write comments.
Let's write something nice to our friend and thank them for helping you. It seems that someone got really lucky with their friends!
Keep track of progress.
Thanks to this feature you can always see the current stage of your task. It will help you and your friend to always keep the situation under control.
If you are still confused and you think you can't do it, you are wrong. Because you can do absolutely anything. We have another useful feature that will make your life easier. In such situations our filters will come in handy. Set the relevant filters and status updates to view the most urgent tasks and track progress.You can also choose how you want to view the tasks, in Grid or List form. We do everything to make it convenient for you to use our product.
Do you think that's all we can surprise you with? We have saved the best for last. It’s a system of drag and drop. We bet you’ve never seen such a thing in ordinary planners. So, what is it? It’s a feature that allows you to change the status of the task in one second. Just hold down the specific task and move it to the appropriate status column. You’re all set!
